
In late 2025, the Government of Spain will host the 2025 Open Government Partnership (OGP) Global Summit in Vitoria-Gasteiz, Spain. The Summit will bring together more than 2,000 high-level representatives of governments, civil society leaders, and policy-makers from around the world to exchange experiences, best practices, and progress on open government initiatives and implementation on key issues.
At the 2025 OGP Global Summit, we will recognize the most promising and impactful reforms submitted to the Open Gov Challenge through the Open Gov Awards, celebrating innovation and progress in open government.

Cybersecurity Youth Forum
The Cybersecurity Resilience Forum is organized to bring together experts in the technology sector, with representatives from ministries, government agencies, the private sector, and relevant stakeholders, to disseminate cybersecurity advice, share methods to prevent, manage, and respond to cybersecurity threats, and create a safer society for Cambodia. The Asia Pacific Internet Governance Academy 2025 (APIGA)
APIGA aims to develop youth leaders’ understanding of the Internet and its ecosystem. It also aims to equip participants with the knowledge and skills to participate in Internet policy making through developing a strong foundation in the following: The concept of Internet governance, and the multistakeholder model of policymaking; Current global Internet governance issues, and applying these issues at the local and regional levels; The confidence to speak up in regional and international fora.
Conference of the States Parties to the United Nations Convention against Corruption
The Conference of the States Parties (COSP) is the main policymaking body of the United Nations Convention against Corruption. It supports States parties and signatories in their implementation of the Convention, and gives policy guidance to UNODC to develop and implement anti-corruption activities.
