This two-week annual, comprehensive human rights and advocacy training course is the longest established human rights training program in the region, building the capacity of individuals, institutions and movements at this time of shrinking space for civil society. It builds knowledge of international human rights standards and the UN system. Similar to a summer school the program includes intensive sessions on human rights and development, advocacy and media skills.

Partner2Connect National Roundtable Cambodia
Partner2Connect (P2C) National Roundtable for Cambodia will take place from 8-9 July 2024 in Phnom Penh. This in-country meeting will provide a unique opportunity for all relevant stakeholders on both global and national levels to come together to understand Cambodia\'s needs and determine the best responses to its digital transformation. This includes mobilization of new P2C pledges and leveraging dialogue with key stakeholders. The objectives of the roundtable are as follows: Develop a deeper understanding of Cambodia\'s digital landscape, digital transformation initiatives, relevant policies and strategies, existing opportunities, and development gaps. Bring together key stakeholders involved in Cambodia\'s digital transformation, including government, P2C pledging organizations, donors, UN and international organizations, private sector, civil society, and academia, to discuss and align on Cambodia\'s priority areas for development and targets. Cambodia ICT Camp 2024
Open Development Cambodia (ODC) and its partners are organizing three Cambodia ICT Camp 2024 from 5-7 December 2024 in Siem Reap province. This three-day event will be the third Cambodia ICT Camp to be held. The inaugural camp, born from the Mekong ICT Camp 2017 held in Siem Reap, was successfully held in 2018, followed by a second camp in 2022. The Cambodia ICT Camp 2024 is an interactive event featuring sharing sessions, panel discussions, and hands-on activities led by national and international experts in ICT, cybersecurity, cybercrime, digital communications, artificial intelligence (AI), journalism, and digital rights. The camp will bring together participants from diverse but interconnected fields, including media and journalism, civil society organizations, digital rights advocacy groups, legal professionals, academia, the private sector, and university students. They will have the opportunity to engage in in-depth sharing of knowledge by the experts, get to experience the real-life applications of technologies, and connect with other participants.
Empowering Communities: Connectivity Initiatives for Sustainable Development in the Asia-Pacific
The event will be held in a hybrid format, with in-person participants joining at the United Nations Conference Centre in Bangkok, Thailand, and online participants connecting via Zoom. It will also be live-streamed on Facebook Live.
