The Government and civil society of the Philippines will host the next Open Government Partnership (OGP) Asia and Pacific Regional Meeting in Manila on February 5-7, 2025. In late 2025, the Government of Spain will host the 2025 Open Government Partnership (OGP) Global Summit in Vitoria-Gasteiz, Spain. The Summit will bring together more than 2,000 high-level representatives of governments, civil society leaders, and policy-makers from around the world to exchange experiences, best practices, and progress on open government initiatives and implementation on key issues. At the 2025 OGP Global Summit, we will recognize the most promising and impactful reforms submitted to the Open Gov Challenge through the Open Gov Awards, celebrating innovation and progress in open government.

Partner2Connect (P2C) National Roundtable for Cambodia will take place from 8-9 July 2024 in Phnom Penh. This in-country meeting will provide a unique opportunity for all relevant stakeholders on both global and national levels to come together to understand Cambodia\'s needs and determine the best responses to its digital transformation. This includes mobilization of new P2C pledges and leveraging dialogue with key stakeholders. The objectives of the roundtable are as follows: Develop a deeper understanding of Cambodia\'s digital landscape, digital transformation initiatives, relevant policies and strategies, existing opportunities, and development gaps. Bring together key stakeholders involved in Cambodia\'s digital transformation, including government, P2C pledging organizations, donors, UN and international organizations, private sector, civil society, and academia, to discuss and align on Cambodia\'s priority areas for development and targets. ASEAN-China Youth Exchange Camp is a collaborative programme between the ASEAN Foundation and the People’s Republic of China to ASEAN through the ASEAN-China Cooperation Fund. It aims to promote the significance and understanding of ASEAN-China relations. During the implementation, ASEAN Foundation will work with Xiamen University as the appointed local organiser. ICANN wants to hear from regional university students who are interested in the future of the Internet and participating in the ICANN81 Annual General Meeting. ICANN81 is scheduled to be held in Istanbul, Republic of Türkiye, from 9 to 14 November 2024. If ICANN81 is held as a virtual meeting, all NextGen@ICANN program activities will be conducted online. If you are an undergraduate, graduate, or doctoral student between the ages of 18 to 30 and living and studying in the Asia Pacific region, you may be eligible for the NextGen@ICANN program. The NextGen@ICANN program application window will remain open until 31 May 2024. Successful candidates will be announced on 12 July 2024 on the ICANN website. The Mini Summit is intended for nonprofit, academic, public sector, private sector, and Indigenous peoples and local communities who are using Google Earth Engine and other geospatial tools for planetary sustainability and human resilience. Because space is limited at the event venue, interested candidates will need to apply (and be accepted) to attend. Applicants must demonstrate how their work leads to planetary sustainability and human resilience around the world. Cost: Free. In-person participants are expected to cover their own travel expenses.
